** Accounting Associate (AP)
** to join them. You will report to the Controller and will have an
** onsite
* * work structure in Creedmoor, NC.
** To be considered for the Accounting Associate (AP)*
* ** opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:*
* · High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
· 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  
** As an Accounting Associate (AP), you will:*
* · Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
· Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
· Process employee expenses via SAP Concur
· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
· Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files and records
· Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation
· Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues
