Entry-Level Analyst

We are a growing regional CPA firm seeking a high-performing Entry-Level Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who excelled academically and is on the CPA track with a clear plan to sit for and pass the CPA exam.

• Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
• Support tax, audit, and advisory teams with research and data analysis
• Prepare work papers, schedules, and client deliverables
• Perform basic financial modeling and variance analysis
• Gather, organize, and validate client information
• Participate in client meetings and internal planning sessions
• Learn firm systems, processes, and professional standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong academic record
• Actively pursuing CPA licensure and planning to sit for the CPA exam
• Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Structured training and close mentoring by CPAs
• Early responsibility and exposure to audit, tax, and advisory workCPA exam support (study materials, exam fee reimbursement, and/or bonus program)
• Clear long-term career path in public accounting
