• The Executive Assistant will serve as the operational backbone of the business.
• This person will oversee day-to-day workflow management, client communication, administrative operations, transaction coordination oversight, database management, and executive support functions.
• The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly detail-oriented, emotionally mature, technologically savvy, and capable of managing multiple moving pieces without constant direction.
