Job TitleAdministrative Assistant
SummaryResponsible for assisting with office regular daily administrative route reconciliation. Balance A/R and cash to ensure balancing across all systems. Order merchandise for resale, employee uniforms and donation merchandise. Receives reviews, coordinates and tracks product and merchandise donations. Track and reconcile inventory of resale merchandise and uniforms. Coordinate employee TABC licensing. Manage Tel Sell accounts.
Job Duties- Route reconciliation
- Order, receive, dispense and inventory employee uniforms
- Order, receive, sell and inventory resale merchandise
- Order, receive and keep adequate stock of donation merchandise
- Submit monthly resale merchandise inventory to Corporate monthly
- Balance A/R and cash daily across all systems to ensure accuracy
- Receive, review, coordinate and track all donations
- Coordinate community involvement opportunities
- Enter A/P invoices into Smart Client
- Setup and maintain customer accounts
- Complete and submit paperwork for SAFB passes for all employees/vehicles
- Manage Tel Sell
- Coordinations employee TABC licensing to ensure compliance
- Phone coverage
- Develop sales reports as requested
- Process and track NSF checks
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Good communication skills and ability to partner and collaborate effectively with others
- Knowledge of IPad/Computer applications and operations
- Able to multitask
- Knowledge of iPad/Computer applications and operations
- Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of general office equipment
- A team player with a readiness to communicate often and effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple projects
- Some knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and occasionally squat
- Occasional carrying and reaching
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. overhead
