We are seeking a Field Clerk to provide administrative support at our construction job sites. This position plays a key role in keeping project documentation accurate, organized, and up to date while supporting field operations.
Responsibilities- Maintain daily files and documentation.
- Process and organize material delivery tickets and receipts.
- Assist with employee timekeeping and payroll documentation.
- Prepare daily reports and production logs.
- Order and maintain office supplies for the jobsite.
- Assist project managers and superintendents with administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or construction office experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
