Brown & Brown is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team in Columbia, KY. Responsibilities for this role include data entry of client and policy information, handling field phone calls and customer assistance, creating spreadsheets for client tracking, managing electronic files, and supporting general administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities- Data entry of client and policy information
- Field phone calls and assist customers with issues
- Create spreadsheets to help with client tracking
- Electronic filing for clients
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma required
- 1‑3 years minimum experience
- Experience with insurance company payables (preferred)
- Experience with general office operations
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines accurately
