Job Title

CSBG

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter client data into the software program EMPOWER
  • Assist with processing applications and other documents
  • Maintain and keep all client files updated
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Maintain good client/community partner relationships
  • Assist the Aging and CSBG Coordinator with preparing compliance documents
  • Assist the Aging and CSBG Coordinator with other duties as assigned
Aging

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment of elderly persons for effective participation in Aging Programs
  • Assist in the kitchen area with inventory and preparation of meals
  • Run meal routes as needed
  • Assist in the running of weekly programming in the Center
  • Assist the Aging and CSBG Coordinator with documentation to submit to the Program Director
  • Enter data into Mon Ami
  • All other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
  • Intermediate skills in Excel;
    Office 365 and Sharepoint are a plus
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must
  • Attention to detail is required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
