Responsibilities- Perform moderately complex project administration tasks to support projects generally within standard procedures, with occasional deviations from accepted practice.
- Enter and update project plan data and related documentation such as issue, risk, or governance logs into databases and/or the system of record for accurate project planning, tracking, and billing.
- Train users on the use of project management tools and operational procedures.
- Follow internal procedures, monitor adherence to the company’s standard implementation procedures, policy, and control mechanisms during the project implementation cycle, and escalated when procedures are not followed.
- Track implementation progress, escalating to supervisor and/or project management team when milestones are not being met.
- Coordinate project meetings, including Walkthrough Compliance meetings, by scheduling appropriate time, booking conference rooms, coordinating travel arrangements for project site visits, and setting up conference calls.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as experience in an administrative environment.
