Position Summary
The principal responsibility of this position is to provide office support to the NYC office. The office services assistant must be able to prioritize multiple assignments, have outstanding organizational skills, be conscientious, reliable, and efficient, have the ability to lift heavy packages, and have technical knowledge of computers and office equipment.
In-Office Requirement5 days per week.
Primary Responsibilities- 40% of time – Sort and distribute incoming mail, Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, and various other time‑sensitive courier packages.
- 30% of time – Stock and maintain kitchens.
- 30% of time – Office Moves (M.A.C) including moving office furniture and accessories, setup of new offices, hanging artwork and boards.
- 20% of time – Process large‑scale copying, binding, and scanning requests.
- 20% of time – Stock and maintain satellite copy rooms.
- 10% of time – Assist with the setup, breakdown, and reset of conference rooms for large meetings, executive meetings, and corporate events.
- 10% of time – Process outgoing Fed Ex, USPS mail.
- 10% of time – Escalate maintenance requests for all office equipment to Office Manager.
- 10% of time – Report building related issues to Office Manager and ensure that they are taken care of in a timely manner.

Experience:
1‑2+ years of experience, required. Must possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments effectively.
- Ability to lift/handle items up to 70 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexibility with hours and assignments and willingness to work overtime as needed.
The compensation range for this role is specific to New York, NY, and takes into account a wide range of factors including— but not limited to—the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications. The anticipated base salary range is $50,000 to $55,000. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
