Job DescriptionAdair County Middle School is seeking a qualified individual to be a Attendance Clerk/Part-Time Guidance Secretary.
- Maintain accurate daily student attendance records.
- Process absences, tardies, and early dismissals.
- Contact parents regarding student absences and attendance concerns.
- Prepare attendance reports for school administration and the district.
- Maintain attendance documentation and student records in Infinite Campus.
- Assist with enrollment, withdrawals, and records requests as needed.
- Provide clerical support for the school counselor.
- Schedule student and parent conferences.
- Maintain confidential student guidance records.
- Support registration and orientation activities.
- Perform other office duties as assigned by the principal or counselor.
