The role coordinates intake, documentation, communication, return-to-work processes, and administrative support with employees, supervisors, carriers, TPAs, and other partners to ensure timely reporting and accurate records.
The candidate should have an Associate degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in workers' compensation or insurance.
