Administrative Assistant

Ag Spectrum is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers and associates while providing administrative, bookkeeping, reporting, and event support.
Responsibilities Include:- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Process mail, shipping, and office correspondence
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and deposits
- Coordinate soil sampling orders and customer reports
- Proofread publications and meeting materials
- Support company meetings, registrations, and special events
- Maintain accurate records and databases
Skills:
- Bookkeeping experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong proofreading and communication skills
- Data entry and organizational abilities
