OverviewProvide general back-office functions commonly found in a legal setting, including typing, emails, data entry, database and web-based navigation.
Responsibilities- Enter data using current technology and proprietary software.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
- Review and enter data updates in the systems.
- Review discrepancies in data received.
- Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.
- Performs clerical duties as required - printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Serve as backup in a team member’s absence and assist other teams when required.
- Punctual and regular attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure for supported states
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
Professional office work environment. Office Hours are 9AM – 6PM ET.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure for supported states.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
