Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations at our frac sand facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic industry, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our team’s success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative support, correspondence, and record keeping
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communication between departments and external partners
  • Oversee payroll, invoicing, and other financial documentation
  • Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient office environment
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as required
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards relevant to industrial facilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas or industrial sector is a plus
