Location: Northern
Parts Town is seeking a Warranty Claims Specialist (Warranty Wizards) to support customers and manufacturers through the warranty process with our supporting teams and Fulfillment Center. You will ensure timely submission of warranty claims and maintain strong communication across stakeholders.
You’ll frequently use Excel and ERP tools, generate invoices, and deliver exceptional service via phone and email while meeting weekly and monthly deadlines in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
