Clerk

Cencora is seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to support our wholesale pharmaceutical distribution operations. In this role, you will process and verify orders, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely, compliant movement of medications across our network. You will handle data entry, inventory and shipment records, and basic billing support while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities

• Process and verify wholesale trade documentation and orders accurately
• Maintain organized records of inventory, shipments, and customer data
• Enter and update data in internal systems with high attention to detail
• Coordinate with distribution, pharmacy, and provider teams to resolve issues
• Support billing, invoicing, and basic reconciliation tasks
• Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally
• Follow SOPs and compliance requirements in a healthcare setting
• Assist with reporting, tracking KPIs, and preparing routine summaries
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow efficiency
