Job Description:The Business Development (“BD”) team is responsible for managing relationships with deal sources and supporting the deployment of Graham’s funds. The BD Coordinator will work closely with the BD team and other Graham team members, providing administrative and logistical support across banker communications, roadshow and conference coordination, database management, event planning, and internal process execution. The role is intended to support the efficiency and organization of the BD function through consistent execution and initiative.
IdealCandidates Will Demonstrate the Following:
- Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage logistics, schedules, and multiple work streams simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in maintaining databases, contact information, and banker records
- Proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools, with comfort using spreadsheets for tracking, reconciliation, and administrative support
- Prior experience working with and maintaining a CRM is a requirement (experience with Deal Cloud or Salesforce is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while operating effectively within a team-based environment
- Strong sense of initiative, follow-through, and accountability for administrative and coordination responsibilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
- Undergraduate degree from a four-year institution is required
- 2–4 years of experience in professional services is required. Experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, wealth management, or private equity services is not required but is a plus
- Experience with M&A data / software platforms (e.g., Pitch Book, Source Scrub, Grata, Cyndx, CapIQ, Sutton Place, Axial) is not required but is a plus
