Enphase is looking for an extraordinary Facilities Coordinator (Temp) for the Enphase Austin facility who can manage the front desk and has substantial hands‑on office and vendor management experience.

What You Will Do
  • Create a positive first impression by greeting clients, guests, vendors, and visiting employees.
  • Track and manage all visitors, including vendors, contractors, guests, and visiting employees.
  • Manage office security access cards and keys.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including workspace setup, badge access, and coordination with IT for equipment and system access.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and employee packages, including receiving, sorting, distributing, and handling items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and fully functional, including coordinating repairs and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain and update company seating charts and office directories.
  • Order, stock, and maintain office, pantry, kitchen, and breakroom supplies while staying within established budgets.
  • Receive, unpack, organize, and distribute vendor deliveries, including office and pantry orders from vendors such as Costco.
  • Implement inventory controls and replenishment processes to ensure adequate office and pantry stock levels.
  • Manage day porters and other service providers to maintain common areas, including pantries, conference rooms, restrooms, and mailrooms.
  • Partner with the Compliance team to address office‑related compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with Facilities and Building Management to communicate building notices, maintenance activities, and operational updates to employees.
  • Prepare letters, presentations, reports, and other administrative materials for the management team.
  • Help coordinate interview schedules and candidate visits.
  • Plan and organize employee events, office activities, and Culture Team initiatives.
  • Manage facilities‑related vendor lists, purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), invoices, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and vendors regarding office services, billing, and operational needs.
Who You Are and What You Bring
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in office administration, workplace services, customer service, reception, facilities coordination, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior leaders, employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and service‑oriented attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including professionalism, flexibility, diplomacy, dependability, and teamwork.
  • Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive execution with minimal supervision.
