Indiana Fertility Institute in Indianapolis is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Patient Concierge to create a welcoming front desk experience. You will handle scheduling, verify insurance, answer phones, and assist with patient inquiries while preserving confidentiality.
Full-time position with hours Monday to Friday, 8:15am–4:45pm and weekend rotation. Prior medical admin experience and HIPAA knowledge are preferred to support daily front office operations.
