- Federal Association, U.S.A., a Roman Catholic lay religious order and 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in Dupont Circle, Washington, DC, has an immediate opening for a full-time Program & Administrative Coordinator.
Position Summary:
This Program & Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and will assist in the management functioning of the Executive Office. S/he will join an office team supporting the wide range work(s) of members in the Federal Association. This is a full-time and in-person position that reports to the Executive Director, with much opportunity for professional advancement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administrative management with the Executive Director (e.g., written and verbal communications, schedule arrangements, etc.)
- Special event planning and project coordination
- Member services support
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team
- Manage deadlines and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Beginning Salary: $48,000.00 per year
