WhatYou'll Be Doing
Sitting within the Finance and Administration team, this full-time position keeps day-to-day operations on track. You'll work closely with staff and students alike, providing reliable administrative and business support across the campus.
- Process financial transactions, invoices, and purchasing documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain organized records and databases in compliance with CCCS system requirements
- Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and office workflows for the Finance and Administration team
- Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, directing people to the right resources
- Experience in an administrative, business support, or office coordination role
- Strong attention to detail with confident data entry and records management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Comfort working within the policies and procedures of a state-governed education system
