Location: Northern
Heritage Ford Inc. in Corydon, Indiana seeks a dedicated service scheduler (service BDC) to act as the voice of the dealership, coordinating daily maintenance or repair appointments by phone, email, text, and chat.
You will juggle schedules, confirm pickups/deliveries, and share updates with service staff to keep the day running smoothly. The ideal candidate listens well, communicates clearly, handles multiple calls, and uses our information systems (xTime, VINSOLUTIONS, Red Cap).
