Children’s of Alabama Biomedical Engineering department is seeking an administrative professional to provide daily support in a busy hospital setting. You will answer calls and emails, manage work requests, and coordinate service for medical equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
The role includes maintaining maintenance records, processing invoices and contracts, and assisting with reports and calendars for the department. Day shift, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, on site.
