The Dispatcher provides primary coordination of facilities service requests, ensuring efficient intake, prioritization, and assignment of work to maintenance and support staff. This role serves as a central communication hub for facilities operations, monitoring workflows and responding to routine and urgent service needs to maintain a safe and functional environment. In addition to dispatch responsibilities, the position performs timekeeping and clerical support duties, including data entry, record maintenance, and administrative coordination.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Receives, prioritizes, and dispatches facilities service requests, ensuring timely assignment and completion of maintenance, repair, and support activities. Monitors work order systems, tracks job status, and communicates updates between facilities staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution. Maintains accurate records of service requests, work orders, and operational activities, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation. Performs timekeeping functions, including tracking employee hours, entering payroll data, and resolving discrepancies in coordination with supervisors.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED
Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use,
* patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
