Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Schneider Electric has an opportunity for the role of Executive Assistant that will support two Vice Presidents and will be based in our Dallas, Nashville, Chicago, Raleigh, or Boston office.
Role PurposeThe Executive Assistant will provide high‑impact administrative and organizational support to senior leaders within the Software & Services organization. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, global environment while enabling effective leadership, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities- End‑to‑end calendar, travel, and meeting management for two senior executives
- Coordination of leadership meetings, offsites, and executive workshops (agenda, materials, logistics, follow‑ups)
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and executive correspondence
- Track priorities, actions, and deliverables to ensure follow‑through
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Partner closely with other EAs, HR, Finance, and TA teams
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Comfortable supporting leaders across geographies and time zones
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
