Job SummaryThis position supports the Director of Youth Well-Being and Clinical permanency Supports and contributes to the effectiveness of the Adoptions and Independent Living teams through the coordination of schedules, meeting logistics, documentation management, and administrative processes. The role exercises independent judgement in prioritizing tasks and resolving routine operational matters to promote efficient and responsive program operations.
Job Duties- Complete assignments as directed by the Director of Youth Well-Being and Clinical Permanency Supports
- Assist and organize data tracking related to department performance and specialist projects
- Schedule staff and individual team meetings for the department as requested
- Scribe for meetings, compile summaries, and disperse to appropriate parties
- Send calendar reminders; such as up-coming training, events, and recurring due dates
- Maintain community partner points of contact resource list and resource guides
- Coordination and assistance with community events; such as sending flyers, ordering supplies/food, registration/table presentation, set up/take down at events
- Assist in the welcoming of new staff and ordering office supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
Two or more years of experience as a clerical, administrative or related field

- Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
