Role
Purpose:
The Fellowship Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all fellowship programs, the PGY-4 AIRE program, away and international rotations for residents, and rural labor & delivery rotations under the BRIDGE program, while ensuring compliance and seamless administrative execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate all fellowship programs and the PGY-4 AIRE program.
Track and confirm away rotations, including international electives for all residents.
Track and coordinate rural labor & delivery rotations performed by fellows and external fellows as part of the BRIDGE program.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Graduate Medical Education Manager.
Required Skills:
Strong technical data management and administrative skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex deadlines.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Close attention to detail, specifically for compliance and data entry.
Ability to manage financial tracking and reconciliation.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of administrative experience in a professional medical setting or high school graduation with 3-5 years of related experience.
