Job Summary:The Student Assistant for Clubs & Organizations plays a key role in supporting the operations and services provided to over 500 Recognized Student Organizations at Cal Poly. This is a front-facing, service-oriented position that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist with a wide range of administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and learning new software (training provided).
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be a currently enrolled Cal Poly student in good academic standing.
