Position Summary: The Early Childhood & Elementary Education Department is seeking a reliable and motivated student worker to provide administrative and operational support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience while contributing to the department's success.

• Assist with general office duties.
• Provide support for departmental events and activities, such as preparation, setup, and communication.
• Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle phone calls by taking messages and other correspondence as directed.
• Maintain and organize office supplies and resources.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental operations.

• Must be an enrolled student at East Stroudsburg University.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous office experience is a plus but not required.

Flexible hours, accommodating class schedules, with an expectation of 10–15 hours per week.

$10.00 hourly rate.

Must be at least 18 years old and have English literacy skills.
