Worms Lumber & Ready Mix Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator Assistant to join its team. This position is a great opportunity to become part of a fourth-generation, family-owned company serving customers and communities throughout the area.
Key responsibilities include greeting customers and answering phones, assisting with billing, invoices and payments, supporting accounting functions such as accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining inventory records, and providing general office support.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience with accounting or building materials is a plus.
