Law is seeking a Seasonal Office Worker to join our esteemed law firm. All candidates must have a driver's license and be familiar with a computer and the Microsoft Office systems.

* Location:

1500 Lawrence Ave, Ocean, NJ 07712

* Hours:

9:00 AM- 5:15 PM Monday through Friday

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Assist with various ongoing office projects
* Review, scan, and verify files within the office and digitally.
* Assist with the moving of office furniture and various other office assets.
** Requirements:
*** Must be willing to scan and review documents.
* Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Must be resourceful and work as a team player as well as independently
* Must be able to work shift hours and seasonal changes based on the needs of the business
* Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs., sit for extended periods of time, use stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, walk and/or run
* Detail-oriented and trustworthy, able to work efficiently on their own.
* Knowledge of the IManage Document Management System and Orion is a plus*** *
