Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous progressively responsible administrative support experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database management systems.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with academic programs, higher education institutions, and administrative/business procedures (such as accounts payable, purchasing, and general bookkeeping).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in higher education.
- Experience supporting an accredited healthcare or health professions program.
- Familiarity with ARC
-PA accreditation standards and processes. - Previous experience in program coordination, project management, or academic administration.
- Experience supporting accreditation activities, site visits, and assessment processes.

Position Purpose
The Physician Assistant (PA) Program Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Physician Assistant Program. The Program Coordinator ensuresefficient day-to-day operations while supporting compliance with accreditation standards,university policies, and program objectives. This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual who excels in planning, communication, problem-solving, and project management.
