** Anticipated Hiring Range: $17.50 - $22.00 hourly  Full Pay Range: $17.50 - $26.50 hourly    Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. The position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek.

As the Administrative Clerk in the Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Program, you will enter reportable data and case management/testing into the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) STI databases. You will manage disease data, follow up with individuals, produce written reports, and conduct other activities required to identify and control the spread of STIs and HIV.

** We Require
*** Six months of experience performing data entry
* High school diploma or GED
* An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis  
** Other Requirements
*** Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver’s license by the time of hire
* Must secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and complete a background check
* Within one month of hire, all employees will be required to provide evidence of immunity or receive immunizations for vaccine-preventable illnesses for any position within the Maricopa County Department of Public Health; required immunizations include MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Tdap (whooping cough and diphtheria), Varicella (chickenpox), and annual Influenza; some positions require a Hepatitis B vaccine and/or a Tuberculosis test
