Harvey Automotive’s Lexus and Cadillac body shops are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. You’ll handle scheduling, customer communication, insurance paperwork, and support the body shop team to keep repairs moving smoothly and provide excellent support to our staff and customers. You will also train to be an Estimator.

Manage administrative tasks for the body shop Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers
Answer phones, emails, and customer questions and more.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services
- Assist in processing insurance claims
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Support the body shop manager with daily operations
- Process payments and invoices
- Support estimators and technicians with daily admin tasks – undergo training to become an estimator.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive setting
- Body shop, dealership, or insurance experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
