Stanford, CA 94305 (Onsite) Duration: 7 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch Pay Rate: $29-30/hr

Associate/Technical Degree required;
Bachelor’s preferred

Job Summary:

The Admissions Processing Specialist will support the college admissions team by working with prospective applicants, processing a high volume of admissions applications, maintaining accurate records, and responding to routine questions about admissions and financial aid. This role involves handling confidential information, performing data entry, reviewing application documents, and providing administrative support during peak admissions periods.

Required Qualifications:

1–2 years of relevant administrative, admissions, student services, or data-entry experience. Associate/Technical Degree;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong data entry and word-processing skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel. Willingness to handle a demanding workload during peak admissions periods, typically November through May.
