Le'Fant is seeking a junior or mid-level career Data Analyst to support records-management activities for a disability evaluation system program. The position will support the management, maintenance, classification, disposition, retirement, and transfer of program records for a federal mission that is focused on healthcare, benefits, and support programs for service members. This role is contingent upon contract award, but we are connecting with qualified candidates now to support potential program startup if the contract is awarded.

- Manage program records, records-management processes, and the program file plan.
- Perform records classification and reclassification.
- Support records maintenance and lifecycle management.
- Manage records disposition, retirement, and transfer activities.
- Coordinate records-management activities with federal agency partners ensuring compliance with archival and operational standard..
- Prepare required records-management reports.
- Maintain organized and auditable program records.
- Coordinate with program personnel regarding records-management requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- All work must be performed within the United States.
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background investigation and suitability requirements applicable to the position, including the ability to obtain a Public Trust determination if required.
- Junior- to mid-level experience in records management, document management, information management, federal program support, or a related field.
- Knowledge of records organization, classification, retention, disposition, and document-control practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
- Federal or DoD records-management experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with federal records-management requirements and NARA processes is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic records/document-management tools.
This role is contingent upon contract award. We are connecting with qualified candidates now to support potential program startup if the contract is awarded. Position duties, work location, schedule, and compensation may be adjusted to align with final contract requirements and labor category determinations at the time of award.
