M-F: 8:00AM-5:00PM EST
Avg. Salary: $67,444 - $133,848+ annually depending on productivity

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years Experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician with ALL 8 ASE certifications (Preferred)
- Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues
- Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems
- Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems
- Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs
- Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Pride in quality workmanship
- Team-first mindset
- Willingness to mentor other technicians
- Maintain 90%+ labor productivity
- Serve as technical leaders within the shop
