Your Main Missions:Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on all types of systems (mechanical, thermal, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical…)
- Intervene on parts ensuring the driving, comfort, and safety of the vehicle
- Install accessories according to manufacturer's specifications
Diagnostics & Tests
- Establish precise diagnoses
- Perform necessary checks, adjustments, and tests
- Master the use of diagnostic equipment and tools, including remotely
Organization & Quality
- Collaborate with manufacturer and supplier services
- Update and classify technical documentation
- Plan interventions and maintain the work environment
- Strictly apply quality and safety procedures
Follow-up & Customer Relations
- Prepare estimates, repair orders, and workshop documents
- Advise customers on the use and maintenance of their vehicle
- Participate occasionally in vehicle reception and return
Training & Support
- Train after-sales service collaborators
- Participate in the development of the training plan and tutoring of interns
- Provide technical support to teams
Technical Specificities
- Intervene on electric vehicles, hybrids, GPL, GNV, or any equipment requiring authorization
You have a background in automotive maintenance and/or have prior experience in a similar role (including internships). Beyond technical skills, we place great importance on soft skills. We are looking for someone who stands out by:
