Service Consultant

As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Our goal is to deliver incredible customer service while building a strong team of motivated professionals. We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to add to our team as we continue to aggressively grow.

Hyundai experience is preferred but those with similar experience are encouraged to apply. You must have strong communication skills and be dependable and coachable.

• An "entry level" technician:
  Capable of oil changes, tire rotations, completing minor services, tire, and battery replacement etc. Can perform most tasks that do not require in-depth diagnostics or complex critical mechanical aptitude with guidance as needed upon researching work instructions, or after being taught theproper techniques first.
