As an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while delivering quality workmanship and helping drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to Ford and dealership standards
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools to identify repair needs
- Test-drive vehicles and evaluate component and system performance
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
- Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
- Deliver efficient, high-quality work while maximizing productivity
- 3-5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a production-based environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ford dealership experience
- Ford certifications
- Fleet service experience
- Manufacturer training and certifications
- Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Customer-focused professional
