The RoleDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with both dealership and Subaru factory standards.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
What You Bring to the BayExperience: Proven track record as a flat-rate automotive technician.
Subaru Certification: Subaru factory training is highly preferred and required to qualify for the sign-on bonus. (ASE Certifications are a major plus).
Tools: Must possess your own working set of tools (we provide factory specialty tools).
Skills: Strong diagnostic ability, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to fixing it right the first time.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, three years driving experience, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
