As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping guide them through every step of the service process while creating a positive ownership experience.

• Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle service needs
• Building trust and long-term customer relationships
• Communicating recommended services and repairs
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Providing timely updates throughout the repair process
• Maintaining accurate customer information and service records
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

• Proven customer service experience with a track record of creating positive customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM software and related technology

• Automotive service advisor experience
• Sales or automotive industry experience
• Experience working in a high-volume service environment

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
