Starting from $22.00 to $45.00 an hour, based on experience.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
• Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs
• Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or ASE certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Proficient with automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
