• Performing repairs and maintenance according to Toyota and dealership standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
• Repairing and maintaining engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and related components
• Communicating findings, repair recommendations, and repair timelines with Service Advisors
• Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Collaborating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair completion
• Maintaining productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Required:

• 3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment

Preferred:

• Toyota or other manufacturer dealership experience
• Manufacturer certifications
• Strong commitment to continued learning and professional development
