The Musco RMA Operations Team has an opening for an Electronic Technician at our Oskaloosa office
. In this position, you will perform troubleshooting and repair of electronic products returned from customer facilities.

• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis on Musco electronic products returned from customer facilities.
• Supports manufacturing by soldering and reworking assemblies that have failed internal inspection or tests.
• Perform repairs on returned devices.
• Collect repair data and maintain repair database.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced RMA operations technicians.
• Assist with design, construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and test systems as required. Includes hardware, software, and mechanical activities.
• Assist with developing and documenting troubleshooting protocols.
• Provide feedback to product developers for design corrections and enhancements.
