Looking for more than the same body-shop work every day?
T&M Auto Sales & Service is growing, and we’re looking to add 1–2 skilled Auto Body / Collision Technicians to our team.
Automotive collision and body repair is our everyday business, so professional automotive body repair experience is required. However, we’re more interested in what you can do than how many years you’ve been doing it.
We’re looking for technicians who take pride in their work, can work independently, solve problems, and want to be part of a shop where quality craftsmanship matters.
THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL BODY SHOPCars may be our everyday business, but they’re definitely not all we work on.
Over the years, projects through our shop have included airplanes, artwork, submarine components, specialty vehicles, and all kinds of unusual one-off projects.
If you enjoy fixing things, building things, fabricating, problem-solving, and figuring out how to tackle something different, you’ll fit right in.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Automotive collision and body repair
- Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Light and heavy structural repair
- Frame straightening and measuring
- Welding and fabrication
- Identifying additional repair needs
- Following repair procedures and keeping jobs moving efficiently
- Producing high-quality work you can be proud of
