Responsibilities

Examine damaged vehicles and draft comprehensive repair plans that address structural and cosmetic needs.

Remove damaged parts, repair metal structures, and install new components with precision.

Prepare surfaces for paint, including sanding, masking, and applying primers.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the repair process.

Collaborate with the service department to provide accurate timelines for vehicle completion.

Perform quality checks to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop meeting strict safety and aesthetic standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive body repair and painting.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

I-CAR certification or equivalent industry training.

Technical proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and modern paint matching tools.

Ownership of personal tools required for daily collision repair tasks.

Strong attention to detail and an ability to interpret complex repair orders accurately.
