• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department
• Assist with the movement of vehicles within the dealership, including parking, staging, and retrieving vehicles for service or delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer areas
• Support service technicians and advisors by delivering parts, tools, and documents as needed
• Ensure vehicles are properly inspected and prepared for service appointments
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates
• Follow dealership safety and operational procedures at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Prior experience in a dealership or automotive environment is a plus but not required
