• You're a Level 3 or Level 4 technician with deep diagnostic capability, strong platform knowledge, and a quality standard that doesn't require managing
• You have Land Rover or Jaguar experience -- or you're a heavily certified, experienced technician from another luxury or import brand ready to bring that expertise to one of the most recognized Land Rover stores in the country

• Diagnose Vehicle Issues: Analyze customer concerns, utilize diagnostic tools, and inspect vehicle systems to identify malfunctions.
• Repair and Maintain Vehicles: Develop repair plans, obtain authorization, repair/replace components, and test functionality according to specifications.
• Customer Communication: Explain technical issues, provide estimates, and update customers on service progress.
• Continuous Learning:
