The Automotive Technician installs, maintains, and services aftermarket components on trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer experience.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Install and work on suspensions, alignments, gears, mounting, and balancing wheels and tires following company and manufacturers’ specifications and standards
* Install accessories (bumpers, lights, winches, and more)
* Perform vehicle alignments using Hunter Hawkeye alignment equipment
* Inspect completed repairs and installations to ensure quality and vehicle readiness for return to service while maintaining accurate records
* Communicate professionally and clearly with internal team members and customers when needed
* Navigate computer systems for alignment machines, wheel balancers, and TPMS tools and record work order information
* Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and develop professional skills
* Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
* Use appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and additional protection as necessary
* Maintain shop cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work environment
* Work with your team to provide excellent customer service

* Qualifications:

*** Experience installing aftermarket accessories on trucks and Jeeps
* Experience mounting and balancing wheels and tires and installing suspension components and accessories,
* Possess your own set of professional tools
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and at least 5 years of driving experience
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., independently, and 100 lbs. with team assistance
* Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders
* Ability to work scheduled store hours at the assigned location
* Automotive trade school graduates with hands-on mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.
